Requirements

  • Must live in, near or moving to the Denver area.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
  • Paperwork: Complete and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Cost Controls: Monitor and manage food and labor costs to meet targets.
  • Cash control: Ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Food management: Maintain proper food storage and rotation practices.
  • Work to a Schedule: Adhere to and enforce shift schedules.
  • Perfect Image and adherence to standards: Uphold Domino's brand standards in store appearance and operations.
  • Great Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Attendance & punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for shifts.
  • Transportation to/from work: Secure reliable transportation.
  • Store cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Marketing: Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Profitability: Contribute to store profitability through effective management.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Domino's quality standards before delivery.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders as needed.
  • Technology Proficiency: Effectively use Domino's point-of-sale and management systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts among team members professionally.
  • Performance Evaluations: Assist in conducting regular performance reviews for team members.
