About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Saint Louis, United States! We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success at 5421 Chippewa. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
  • Proficiency in basic math and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under AGE}, or 1 year if AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
  • Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high product quality standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and profitability
  • Handle cash management and daily financial reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
  • Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach
