About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, hospitality-focused Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will help lead a fast-paced "laid-back luxury" concept that combines a scratch kitchen with a vibrant bar atmosphere. You will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience and mentoring a team in a professional, engaging environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently; frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
  • Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to safely maneuver equipment including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.
  • Flexibility: Scheduled shifts are determined by business needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
