Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop high‑performing teams, and drive strong financial results. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience required
• 1+ year of kitchen/BOH experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work 55+ hours per week as needed
• Hands‑on management style and willingness to work alongside the team
• Stable work history with positive references
• Self‑motivated, organized, and committed to operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high hospitality standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Create and manage schedules for 30+ employees
• Manage labor costs and meet operational targets
• Oversee daily shift operations and uphold QSC standards
• Conduct inventory and manage food costs (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Review and manage Profit & Loss statements
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and facility upkeep
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
