Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience, a thriving team culture, and strong financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire, coach, and develop team members while ensuring operational excellence, food safety, and brand integrity.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant or QSR management experience.
Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.
Serve Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
