  • Ability to carry trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time) over short distances
  • Ability to push/pull trays on dollies (stack approximately 24" - 30", requiring force of up to 7.5 pounds)
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
  • Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist at the pizza assembly station (duration approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously), front counter, and when stocking ingredients
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward), including above 72" occasionally and down for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes, and forward for obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
  • Eye-hand coordination
  • Continuous use of hands during the day, frequently requiring use of one or both hands
  • Ability to shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
  • Talking and hearing on telephone
