About The Position

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Florissant, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and team success. Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets Handle employee relations issues and maintain a harmonious work atmosphere Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Customer service orientation with a commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if AGE} years old, or 1 year if AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for leading and developing others
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
