Fitness - Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This full-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and work experience in the health & fitness industry.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred

Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
