About The Position

Assistant General Manager Lead a Team at Superior Auto! Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Founded in 1975, Superior Auto Inc. is one of the nation’s largest privately held buy here, pay here automotive retailers with over 70 locations. We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a dealership to success, under the mentorship of an experienced General Manager. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the on-site leader of the dealership, leading daily operations, developing team performance, ensuring inventory readiness and championing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily dealership operations, including sales, collections, and customer service.
  • Mentor, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain operational compliance and execution standards.
