Requirements

Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures
Skilled in pizza-making and other food preparation techniques
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor others
Excellent time management and punctuality

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
Support the General Manager in achieving store performance goals and targets
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in scheduling and payroll management
Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
