About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager by leading the crew, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager at Dunkin’, you help lead the store by supporting daily operations and motivating the crew. You ensure every guest receives fast, friendly service and that every product meets our high standards. You play a key role in building a strong, efficient team and smooth-running store.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and motivated with a hands-on approach
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily store operations and leadership
  • Train, coach, and develop crew members to perform at their best
  • Oversee food preparation and quality control
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Support cost control and labor management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Step in to lead shifts when needed
