SpaDerma is currently looking to expand its Injector team. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Assistant Spa Manager to oversee operations, lead a team, meet sales goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and time management skills, with availability for nights and weekends. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, keen on driving sales performance across the team, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. They will mentor staff to uphold high service standards, optimize profitability, and create a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and employees. This position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset when addressing patient or employee concerns.

Nice To Haves

  • Aesthetics license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Manager in daily operations and team management.
  • Oversee and maintain proficiency in all business software platforms.
  • Assist with spa maintenance to ensure a clean and functional environment.
  • Handle and resolve patient complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team upholds these standards.
  • Manage product inventory, ordering, and supply chain coordination.
  • Implement spa promotions and patient incentive programs.
  • Train, mentor, and coach new support staff to foster team success.
  • Coordinate events and manage special projects as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  • Providing performance feedback to the team and addressing issues proactively through coaching or corrective measures.
  • Support the Spa Manager with team scheduling, operations planning, and performance reviews.
