About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking Assistant Managers in the Canyon County area. This role requires strong leadership, good judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for setting the tone, leading by example, and maintaining high performance standards 100% of the time. Wages start at $16 per hour DOE, plus tips and the possibility for bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Mastering and performing duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Leading a team of 3 to 30 employees during a shift
• Managing all store operations
• Greeting customers in person and over the phone
• Operating the cash register and processing customer payments
• Preparing pizzas according to recipes and procedures efficiently and consistently
• Delivering pizzas to customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store premises
• Adhering to Domino's dress code and appearance standards
