About The Position

In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, which includes assisting with hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the company's food program. The ideal candidate will be a leader who cares about customers, demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership, and is committed to regular and predictable onsite attendance. • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
• Help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
• Execute the food program
• Set an example for the rest of your staff
