About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire to be challenged, thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, and aim to build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, and you are expected to lead by example, demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.
