What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by: Mastering Property Accounting: Handle rent collection, daily deposits, and month-end closeouts with precision. Driving Results: Achieve a delinquency rate under 2% each month through proactive problem-solving and follow-ups. Supporting Leasing & Marketing: Assist in leasing efforts and marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy rates. Stepping Into Leadership: Represent the Property Manager during absences and assist in daily operations. Delivering Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with residents and contractors while upholding professional standards. Qualifications Who You Are We’re looking for someone with a passion for operations, a knack for organization, and a dedication to excellence. You’ll excel in this role if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent with training in Fair Housing and leasing practices (preferred). Are experienced with property management software (Yardi preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Have at least one year of continuous property management experience, preferably with a strong track record in collections. Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle. Are comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English. Why Join LUMA? Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced with property management software and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
