Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience Domino's Pizza in New Prague, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 106 E Main St. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Outstanding attendance record and punctuality
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items
- Manage inventory, place orders, and process invoices for food and supplies
- Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in scheduling and payroll management
- Implement and support marketing initiatives and promotions
