Requirements

• Solid Restaurant management experience
• Operational Excellence
• Leader not a Manager, ability to build and develop team
• Communication - written and spoken
• Financial Savvy - Ability to deal with numbers and increase profitability
• Team player and hard worker
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
• Eligible to work in the United States—all applicants are subject to our E-Verify processing, no Sponsorship opportunities
• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Operations Oversite related to Cafe P&L
• Enforce consistency of food preparation
• Manage Food, Labor, General Expense
• Lead and Develop Team
• Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety
• Instill a strong work ethic
• Steer team in a fast-paced environment
• Mitigate and facilitate Employee Relations
• Drive dynamic dining experience
• Facilitate a sense of being part of the Family!
• Table Touches - get to know the customer
