Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in the food service industry

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if AGE} or 1 year if AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic understanding of financial reports and labor cost management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
