About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily store operations, manage shifts, provide excellent customer service, and supervise team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Solid understanding of store operations and cash management procedures
• Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic work environment
