Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred).
• Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.
• Drive Results: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Address challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
