About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the company's food program. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, a strong customer focus, and the ability to demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.
