About The Position

Maggie’s Farm is part of the Serenitee Restaurant Group, a locally owned collection of restaurants on the North Shore. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Maggie’s Farm in Middleton. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, supporting team members, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Commitment to hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain restaurant standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Assist with training and coaching staff to achieve performance goals
• Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and opening/closing procedures
• Act as the point of leadership when the General Manager is not on site
