About The Position

Circle K is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
Help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
Execute the food program
Set an example for the rest of your staff
