Store Assistant (Bonused)
About The Position
Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on challenges, enjoy a dynamic and engaging work environment, and aspire to build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with the overall operations of the Stationstore. Your responsibilities will include assisting with staff hiring, supervision, and collaboration to ensure daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising are completed efficiently. You will be instrumental in upholding the company's high standards and delivering fast, friendly service to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing the company's food program. The ideal candidate will be a leader who demonstrates urgency, patience, and strong leadership qualities, with a genuine commitment to customer care.

- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Requires eye-hand coordination

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
- Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
- Help to maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
- Execute the food program
- Care about your customers and set an example for the rest of your staff
- Display a sense of urgency, patience and leadership
