In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and implementing company policies and procedures
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow within the department
Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues when escalated
Prepare and present reports on departmental activities, progress, and results
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
Deliver flyers and door hangers
