The company is looking for future managers and offers comprehensive training in customer assistance, delivering a great customer experience, pizza making, cost management, and team leadership. Significant growth opportunities are available, with the potential to advance to General Manager within 6 months, even with little or no prior experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available, requiring oversight of all store aspects. The company emphasizes internal promotion, with all Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Franchisees having progressed through the Assistant Manager position. The role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends, and driving is essential for managers during high delivery times.
