Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all areas, including hiring, developing, and leading store associates, ensuring optimal customer experiences, overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. They are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present, and are expected to develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability.
