About The Position

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a related industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing work environment
  • Empathetic approach to team management and customer interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting processes
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Step in for the Manager in their absence, making critical decisions when necessary
