This part-time position requires weekday and eventually weekend availability, with the ability to grow into a full-time position. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and the health & fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events and activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
