About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
