About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager, also referred to as a Manager in Training, to join their team. This role is designed for individuals with natural leadership qualities who aspire to be in charge. The Assistant Manager is fully responsible for all aspects of the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. This position requires the individual to set the tone and example for the entire store, demanding 100% engagement at all times. Key skills required for this role include sound judgment, mathematical proficiency, and the ability to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
Responsible for all store operations
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
Delivering products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees to the back of the store
Upholding a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards
