Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, both in-person and over the phone
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
  • Coordinate and oversee product deliveries, including proper storage and organization
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory counts and paperwork completion
