This position is for an Assistant Manager at a Circle K Stationstore. The role involves assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, including staff supervision, hiring, daily task management, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining high service standards, executing the food program, and providing leadership to the staff. Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
Manage bookkeeping and merchandising activities.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Execute the company's food program.
Lead a team of employees/management.
Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
Delegate tasks and follow-up on completion.
Teach and motivate team members.
Plan and organize store activities.
Communicate plans and ideas effectively.
Handle cash and perform bookkeeping duties.
Solve problems as they arise.
Advocate for and empathize with customers and staff.
Ensure safety and security within the store.
