As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in coaching team members, running efficient shifts, and upholding our high standards for food quality, customer service, and workplace safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred).
Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.

Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.
Drive Results: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence.
Problem-Solve on the Fly: Address challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
