Responsibilities

Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to safety and security protocols, and ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by addressing complaints, providing timely and friendly service, and actively engaging with customers.
Supervising, training, and developing team members to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet Applebee's standards.
Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
Leading and motivating staff to achieve daily goals, manage schedules, and maintain a positive work environment.
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, and providing opportunities for growth.
Serving as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and other internal teams.
