This is the perfect time to join a fast-growing, community-driven brand with big goals and even bigger heart. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Villages location. What You’ll Do As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store and our company. You’ll help guide day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors feels the Jeff’s Bagel Run warmth.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
A hands-on leadership style rooted in positivity and accountability.
The ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
Attention to detail in operations, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
A team-first mindset and a desire to grow within a rapidly expanding brand.

Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, consistent execution.
Lead shifts with confidence—setting the tone, maintaining energy, and keeping the team focused.
Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing hospitality and operational standards.
Act as the primary support to the General Manager, helping implement goals and company initiatives.
Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and service are consistently met.
Assist with inventory, receiving, prep systems, and organization to keep the store running efficiently.
Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly in fast-paced moments.
Uphold company policies and ensure proper handling of cash, discounts, and daily procedures.
Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
Jump in wherever needed—we are working managers and lead side-by-side with our teams.
