Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and support crew members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Help with scheduling, training and performance coaching
• Handle cash, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
