The company is looking for future managers and offers comprehensive training in assisting customers, delivering a great customer experience, making pizza, managing costs, and leading a team. There are significant growth opportunities, with the potential to advance to General Manager within 6 months of hire, even for individuals with little or no prior experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available, where the Assistant Manager will oversee all aspects of the store. The company strongly emphasizes promotion from within, with all Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Franchisees having progressed through the assistant manager position.
