We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment, and who are looking to build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership, and will serve as an example for the staff.
