This role is for an Assistant Manager, serving as the second in command of a significant business. It's a challenging position that requires natural leadership, good judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be part of a fun and flexible company, gaining valuable work experience. This is a part-time, hourly position.
Requirements

- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use Outlook / Email services
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of your shift
- Lead your team (training provided if no prior experience)
- Make pizzas (training provided if no prior experience)
- Help at other locations near to your chosen location if asked
- Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
