As an Assistant Manager (AM), the role involves supporting a Leslie's store to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. The Assistant Manager will also learn best practices for training and developing their team, leading by example to set expectations for excellent customer service.
