The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. This role requires setting an example for the crew, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and ensuring the crew does the same. Additional responsibilities may include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, arranging transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing local store marketing initiatives. The Assistant Manager must collaborate effectively with team members and other store management.
