Requirements

  • Have 2–5+ years of leadership experience in luxury, premium, or high-volume retail
  • Are passionate about coaching others and watching them grow
  • Thrive in a commission-based, results-driven environment
  • Know how to energize a team with positivity, structure, and clear direction
  • Have excellent judgment and a natural ability to de-escalate customer concerns
  • Are comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working holidays/weekends
  • Appreciate a professional appearance policy (inappropriate tattoos must be covered)

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales floor alongside the Store Manager, leading by example and driving results through an empowered team
  • Take full store leadership in the absence of the Store Sales Manager
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to maximize store sales and elevate the customer experience
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback through monthly performance reviews and daily coaching moments
  • Foster a high-performance culture through one-on-one mentorship, consistent recognition, and a passion for training
  • Support the achievement of all store KPIs including sales, payroll, shrink, ADS, and retention
  • Ensure execution of company visual and merchandising standards
  • Uphold and promote safety, cleanliness, and a positive, inclusive workplace
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, personal development, and community programs
