About The Position

This is a full-time, hands-on, entry-level management position at Domino's, designed to lead to a General Manager role and potentially franchise ownership. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations, and are expected to set the tone and example for the store. The role involves leading a team of 3 to 30 people, overseeing all store operations, assisting walk-in customers, operating the cash register, accurately making products according to recipes and portion sizes, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance. Candidates must be available during all operating hours (Sunday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM) and require a Florida driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle, as delivery training is part of the role.
