About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will be expected to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with scheduling software
- Experience with budget management
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
