About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager who desires to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role also involves maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The ideal candidate will care about customers, set a positive example for staff, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.
