Requirements

Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to demonstrate competency in all levels of duties.
Detail-oriented with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience with supervision and leadership of employees.
Must have experience with money handling procedures.
Perform simple mathematical calculations.
Experience operating office equipment including computer, telephone, fax and copy machine.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years recent retail supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain adequate volume of merchandise on sales floor; ensures production and rotation volume is sufficient to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Assists GoodWorks staff with implementation of work plans and guidelines as established for client programs, as assigned by store manager.
Works various shifts including weekends as assigned.
Operates facility within budgeted expense levels and maintains and controls expense to revenue.
Manages workflow and facility layout to ensure appropriate stock levels.
Maintain store presentation standards, e.g., organization, standardized classification, stock rotations, proper inventory levels, signage, and housekeeping.
Ensures that continuous improvement is in process and implemented.
Maintain proper cash controls in accordance with company policies and procedures.
