As an Assistant Manager, you lead by example, demonstrating excellence, knowledge, and results for your team. Trade-oriented, you have a strong command of sales techniques, are able to identify customer expectations, and efficiently support order management and customer order tracking. Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.) Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators. Support in identifying the causes of business slowdown, revenue decline and loss and propose action plans Assist in recruiting, training, integrating and evaluating staff, and contribute to their professional development Define your team’s objectives and support actions to achieve them. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, procedures, etc.) and required legal postings Ensure store opening and closing. Ensure proper store maintenance (layout, signage, cleaning), supervise merchandising. Monitor operating account, assist with cashbook, safe and cash deposit, and support store budget development. Monitor inventory status, oversee supplies (receiving orders), prepare and complete inventories. Excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Involvement in the success of your gallery
  • Fluency in English language required, both oral and written.
  • Ability to listen and be open to improvement
  • Strong communication skills (with field teams, support teams and management)
  • Strong rigor and organization
  • First experience in the field of sales and retail sales required
  • Independent and proactive profile
