About The Position

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete assigned tasks
• Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures
• Maintain inventory and manage labor
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
